Harris has built his real estate business upon the commitment to add value for clients and investors, and the desire to improve the built environment. Since forming HMC in 2006, he has provided real estate development, brokerage and management services to clients in Concord, Cabarrus County, NC, and the greater Charlotte, NC, area.

He worked for Bissell Patrick, LLC, in Charlotte, NC, as an industrial real estate broker between 2000 and 2005, providing seller, buyer, landlord and tenant representation. Before brokerage, Harris worked in Charlotte for Bissell Companies in office development, property management and customer service and also for Wachovia Bank in branch banking. CCIM member

While at Bissell Patrick, Harris obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003. He has won the CRCBR “Deal Makers Award” numerous times for outstanding brokerage sales and leasing in the Charlotte area, most recently in 2012. He received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington & Lee University.
